Product Liability Statement
Antler Cabin Lighting & Home Decor shall be held harmless for any death, injuries, or damages of any kind for any reason what so ever. By purchasing from Antler Cabin Lighting & Home Decor means you the customer, agrees to these terms and accepts all responsibilities for the use or misuse of any Antler Cabin Lighting & Home Decor products.

Custom Work
All custom work requires a 50% deposit, total payment due upon completion.

Returns
Return any non-custom item for any reason within 7 days for a refund of the item price, minus 15% restocking fee. Antler Cabin Lighting is not responsible for return shipping. There are no returns for custom made items.

Shipping
In stock items ship within a week, other products usually ship within 3 weeks of payment.
Delivery on custom items is dependent on type of work being done.
Most orders will ship UPS ground or we may use another carrier to save you money.
Once payment has been made, you will receive a phone call or e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive a or phone call or an e-mail confirmation, your payment did not go through.
If product is damaged during shipping, notify Antler Cabin Lighting within 48 hours to have that item fixed or replaced. After 48 hours, return shipping is your responsibility.
